It promises to be an event with a difference giving you the flexibility of time and budget, come and join in the subjects you are interested in.
John Smythe, the author of CEO, Chief Engagement Officer; Turning Hierarchy Upside Down To Drive Performance has been working on a new book on employee engagement.
And he’s agreed to give us a sneak preview at the next CIPR Inside event on 17 February.
John tells me the new book is provisionally titled ‘Engaging your people to drive performance and change’ and that it looks at stories from corporations, the Public Sector, Formula One and the Army. He says he will also reveal his 10 tell-tale signs of an engaged organisation.
